This bag comes with straps, which means a decaleur is not required. However, a decaleur does help stabilize the bag. It opens up away from you, seen from the handlebar and you can close it with a belt buckle. The is a map compartment and a front pocket. Last but not least it is made out of water resistant canvas and finished with goat leather.
