The hammered finish mudguards are reproductions of the French style of mudguards that were particularly popular on high-end bikes in the 1940s and '50s. Walking around Paris, you will still see old bikes with hammered fenders. They are as long as the traditional French models that have not been available in decades. There is room to mount a headlight on the front, and the back will really protect your feet from spray.
Our Honjo mudguards come with the hardware kit (important to note since Honjo hardware is sometimes sold separately). This includes 2 stays, eyelet bolts, r-clips and screws, daruma fork crown bolt, and sliding clamp. The mudguards are pre-drilled at the fork crown, chain stay bridge, and for the mudguard stays. The sliding clamp allows adjustable mounting at the seat stay bridge, so no hole is required.
These are 700c size, but they also fit 27" wheels. 43mm fenders fit tires up to 32mm tires. Length: front fender, ~90cm, rear ~120cm.
